1 ½ lb. lean ground beef, browned
1 med. onion, chopped fine
½ green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 t. chili powder
2 T. brown sugar
3/4 C. ketchup
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce + 1 can water
2 T. cider vinegar
2 t prepared mustard
1 t Worcestershire sauce, optional
1 med. onion, chopped fine
½ green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 t. chili powder
2 T. brown sugar
3/4 C. ketchup
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce + 1 can water
2 T. cider vinegar
2 t prepared mustard
1 t Worcestershire sauce, optional
Brown burger, onion, celery and green pepper.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add other ingredients and simmer 10-15 minutes.
