These are so good! My sister in law makes them every Christmas,... but I REALLY want them now!
1 box Nilla Wafers
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten in one at a time
1 Lrg. can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350.
Add ingredients in order listed, blending after each one.
When all ingredients are in, mix for 2-3 minutes on low-med speed until creamy.
Line 12-14 muffin tins.
Lay one Nilla Wafer in the bottom of each of the lined tins.
Fill with batter until 3/4 full.
Bake 22-25 minutes or until set in the middle.
Cool completely and top with Cherry pie filling.
