This is such a great macaroni salad recipe.
We make it for almost every spring and summer family get together.
It goes perfect with grilled chicken, hamburgers, steak or any other grilled meat.
5-6 cups cooked small shells
1 can black olives, sliced
1 cucumber, chopped
3 green onion, chopped
2 lrg. tomatoes, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup Mayo
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Mix all ingredients.
Chill in fridge for 1-2 hours so that the flavors will mix.
(Add more mayo if needed.)
Variations: Add cubed chicken and cheese cubes for more variety.
