Home Made Mac & Cheese

1- 16 oz. bag of pasta, the smaller the pasta the better.
1 large carton of cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 cube butter, sliced
pepper to taste
HOT water

Put pasta in the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish.
Add all cheeses, butter and pepper.
Mix well.
Add enough HOT water so that it comes barely to the top of the pasta and cheese mixture.
Stir well so that the butter and cheeses start to melt.
Bake @ 350 degrees for about 45 mins, stirring every 15 mins.
