Mango Black Bean Salsa


6 tomatoes, chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 ripe mango or large peach, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
1 can black beans
1 small jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
3 tbsp. thawed orange juice concentrate

Mix all ingredients together.
Chill.
Serve with tortilla chips.
