Rotelle Vegetable Salad


1 pkg. Rotelle pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
broccoli, small florets
green pepper, chopped
purple onion, sliced
cucumber, sliced
carrots, sliced
zucchini, sliced
olives, sliced
tomato wedges
Romano, Parmesan, or Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 - 16 oz. bottle non-fat Itallian Dressing

Toss salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over all and toss. Grate cheese on salad and mix. Serve with bread sticks or rolls.
