South of the Border Wraps

1- 15 oz can black beans
1 avocado, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 green onions, diced
2 Tbsp pico or salsa
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup grilled chicken diced
1/2 cup corn {optional}
1 lime, juiced
1/4 tsp. salt
garlic salt to taste
1 cup grated cheese
2 Tbsp melted butter
4-6 tortillas

Preheat oven to 350.
Mash black beans in a medium bowl.
Add avocado, tomatoes, green onion, salsa, cilantro, chicken, lime juice, salt, and garlic salt.
Mix till combined.
Divide mixture between tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
Roll tortillas up and place seam side down, in a greased 9X9 baking dish.
Brush tops of tortillas with butter.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and fresh pico if desired.
