Chinese Chicken Ramen Salad

3 C. cooked chicken, diced
½ - 1 C. slivered almonds, toasted
3 tbs. sesame seeds, toasted
1 large head cabbage, shredded
8 green onions, sliced
2 pkg, of chicken flavored Ramen Noodles

½ C. salad oil
2 packets of seasoning from Ramen Noodles
3-6 tbs. seasoned rice vinegar (season to taste!)
3 tbs. sugar

Fry or bake chicken till done, then cool and dice. Toast almonds and sesame seeds in oven on a cookie sheet or in fry pan til light brown, being careful not to burn. Shred cabbage. Put in a large salad bowl. Add green onions, chicken, almonds and sesame seeds.

When ready to serve:
crumble ramen noodles and add. Mix dressing and stir into salad. Enjoy!
