1 head lettuce, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 cups cooked and chopped chicken
Mix all ingredients together, and toss with dressing. Then mix in wantons.
1/2 cup vegetable oil½ tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. Sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Mix all ingredients together well. Pour over salad, just before serving, or lettuce will get soggy.
For crispy wantons, buy wonton or egg roll dough and slice into ¼ inch strips. Fry in oil
until light and brown. (They continue to cook after you remove them from the oil, so do not over cook.) Let drip on a paper towel. Add just after pouring on dressing or serve in a bowl on the side.
