No Fuss Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. water
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 bag chocolate chips

Cream sugar, shortening, vanilla, water, and eggs.
Beat until very creamy, about 5 minutes.
Add all other ingredients, then chocolate chips.
Bake at 375 10-12 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
