Tater Tot Casserole

1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 small bag peas and carrots {or any bag of mixed veggies}
3 cups Tator Tots
2 cups cheddar cheese
.
Brown hamburger with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Drain fat and spread meat in casserole dish.
Layer veggies on meat.
Mix soup and milk together and spoon evenly over veggies.
Spread Tater Tots on top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
