The name of this is originally Baked Spaghetti, but I changed it!
La-sghetti seems more appropriate to me, since it is so creamy and delicious,
much like Lasagna. It is sooo yummy!
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. Parmesan cheese
16 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
3 cups mozzarella cheese
1 lb. spaghetti noodles
24 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
While noodles are cooking, in a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese.
When the noodles are done, add 3 Tbsp of the cooked spaghetti noodle water into the cheese mixture.
Add noodles and mix well.
Spread into a 9X13 baking dish, top with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes.
