Rich Lemon Bars

1 1/2 cups plus 3 Tbsp. Flour
3/4 cup cold butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and powdered sugar.
cut in butter until crumbly.
Press onto bottom of lightly greased 9X13 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and remaining 3 Tbsp. flour.
Mix well.
Pour over warm crust.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and cut into bars.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Store covered in fridge.
