~Food Substitution Guide~



1 egg... 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup brown sugar...1/4 cup brown sugar + 2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup powdered sugar...1/4 cup white sugar blended to powder in blender
1 Tbsp baking powder... 1 tsp baking soda + 2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup vegetable oil... 1/2 cube butter or marg. melted
1/4 cup butter milk... 1/4 cup milk + 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup cream... 1/4 cup canned milk
1/4 cup canned milk... 1/4 cup milk + 1 Tbsp dry milk
1/4 cup sour cream... 3 Tbsp milk + 1 Tbsp vinegar + 1 Tbsp softened butter {mix well}
1/2 cup cream of chicken soup... 1/3 cup white sauce + 1/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup cream of celery soup... 1/3 cup white sauce + 1/4 cup chicken stock + 1/4 cup minced celery
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup... 1/3 cup white sauce + 3 Tbsp chopped mushrooms + 3 Tbsp beef stock
1/4 cup walnuts... 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar... 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar... 1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce... 2 tsp soy sauce + 1 tsp vinegar
