Yummy Funeral Potatoes

Mmm. Mmm. Good.

8-10 potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed {for an easy allternative use a large bag of shredded hash browns}
½ cube margarine
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream {16 oz.}
1 C cheese, greated
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
Cook onion with margarine till transparent.
Add soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix well with potatoes.
Put in 9X13 baking dish.
{if you desire, you can top with slightly crushed corn flakes. Drizzle with 1 cube melted butter.}
Bake 40 min. @ 350.
