Triple Chocolate Cookies




2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs 
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or macadamia nuts, if desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium sized bowl, mix together four, cocoa, soda and salt.
Beat in butter and sugar until very creamy.
About 3 minutes.
Mix in eggs and vanilla.
Mix in chocolate chips just till well incorporated.

Bake for 10-11 minutes.
Cookies will be very soft, so slightly cool on pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
Cookies will flatten a little bit when cooled.
